Baking

Frosting
- For the frosting, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth, then spread over the cooled bars.
Notes
These bars are best when cooled before frosting for a smooth finish. They can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for about 4-5 days. To make ahead, bake a day or two in advance and frost just before serving. These bars can be frozen for about 3 months.
