Preparation

- Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl until smooth.
- Mix in sugar, egg, and melted butter.
- Add flour, baking soda, and cinnamon, combining until just mixed.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan.
Crumb Topping
- In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and melted butter for the crumb topping.
- Sprinkle the crumb topping over the batter.
Baking
- Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool, slice, and enjoy!
Notes
For extra richness, serve warm with a pat of butter or drizzle with honey/maple syrup. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the fridge for a week.
