- Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly.
- Dip each strawberry into Greek yogurt to coat.
- Place the yogurt-covered strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle or dip the yogurt-covered strawberries into the melted chocolate.
- Optionally, sprinkle chopped almonds or granola on top before the chocolate sets.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 30 minutes to harden the chocolate.
