Ingredients
  

For the Meatballs
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
For the Garlic Yogurt Sauce
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Juice of 1 lemon
  • to taste Salt salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper, egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small logs or balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Making the Sauce
  1. While the meatballs are baking, prepare the garlic yogurt sauce by mixing yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.
Serving
  1. Serve the meatballs in wraps, salads, or on their own with the garlic yogurt sauce on the side.

Notes

These meatballs are kid-friendly and great for gatherings. They can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Use wet hands while shaping to avoid stickiness. Feel free to add grated zucchini or spice it up with red pepper flakes.
