  • 12 pieces Kings Hawaiian rolls Use small slider-sized rolls.
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded) Leftover rotisserie chicken works well.
  • 6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled) Crispy bacon enhances flavor.
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing Adjust based on taste preference.
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup For drizzling over the mixture.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional) Use your preference such as cheddar or mozzarella.
  • 2 tablespoons butter Melted, for glazing the top.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing together.
  3. Slice the Kings Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the chicken and bacon mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  5. Drizzle maple syrup on top of the mixture and sprinkle with cheese if using.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls on and brush with melted butter.
Baking
  1. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

Serve warm and stack them high on a platter with optional sides like fries or salad. Can store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days or freeze for about a month.
