Pizza Base
  • 1 piece pizza crust Store-bought or homemade
Main Toppings
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded Use leftover chicken for convenience
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce Store-bought or homemade
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For brushing the crust
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
Garnish
  • to taste Fresh parsley, for garnish Optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the crust to a pizza pan or baking sheet.
  4. Brush the crust with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread the Alfredo sauce evenly over the crust.
  6. Layer the shredded chicken on top of the sauce.
  7. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and then the Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
  3. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for 3-4 days in an airtight container. Reheat at 350°F for best results. For a crispy crust, consider pre-baking the crust before adding toppings.
