Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
Cheesy Mixture
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or your choice
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or cream cheese
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • optional garlic powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, and bell peppers.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the heavy cream (or cream cheese) with shredded cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder if using.
  4. Pour the cheesy mixture over the vegetables and stir to combine.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and the top is golden and bubbly.
  2. Serve warm as a side dish.

Notes

This dish can be stored in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Freeze in an airtight container for about 3 months. Reheat in the microwave or oven.
