Ingredients

Main ingredients
  • 6 large hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Method

Preparation
  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  2. In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
  5. Serve chilled and watch them disappear!

Notes

Chill the deviled eggs before serving to let the flavors mingle. They can last in the fridge for about 3 days if kept covered. For an even creamier filling, use a food processor.
