  • 2 large chicken breasts, diced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce
  • Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the diced chicken, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Make sure the chicken is coated with those savory seasonings.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the seasoned chicken. Cook for about 6-8 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Lay the tortillas out on a flat surface. Spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce over each tortilla.
  5. Evenly distribute the cooked chicken on top. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Fold the tortillas over the filling to create a wrap.
Cooking
  1. Grill the folded wraps in the same pan for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden.
Serving
  1. Cut each wrap in half, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for about 1 month. Reheat in a skillet or microwave until warmed through. Add extra veggies or swap chicken for rotisserie chicken for variations.
