Preparation
- In a bowl, combine the diced chicken, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Make sure the chicken is coated with those savory seasonings.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the seasoned chicken. Cook for about 6-8 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Lay the tortillas out on a flat surface. Spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce over each tortilla.
- Evenly distribute the cooked chicken on top. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Fold the tortillas over the filling to create a wrap.
Cooking
- Grill the folded wraps in the same pan for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden.
Serving
- Cut each wrap in half, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for about 1 month. Reheat in a skillet or microwave until warmed through. Add extra veggies or swap chicken for rotisserie chicken for variations.
