Preparation
- Cook the bacon until crispy.
- Lay the whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise or mustard if desired.
- Layer the turkey, crispy bacon, avocado slices, vibrant greens, and optional tomato on the tortilla.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to create a wrap.
- Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for on-the-go.
Notes
For best results, make sure to use a ripe avocado for creaminess. You can plate the wrap nicely or cut it into pinwheels for a fancy presentation. Store tightly wrapped in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.
