Wrap Ingredients
  • 1 whole Whole wheat tortilla
  • 8 oz Lean turkey
  • 4 slices Crispy bacon
  • 1 whole Fresh avocado
  • 2 cups Vibrant greens (lettuce, spinach, etc.)
  • 1 whole Tomato (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise or mustard (optional)
  • to taste Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the bacon until crispy.
  2. Lay the whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  3. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise or mustard if desired.
  4. Layer the turkey, crispy bacon, avocado slices, vibrant greens, and optional tomato on the tortilla.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to create a wrap.
  7. Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for on-the-go.

Notes

For best results, make sure to use a ripe avocado for creaminess. You can plate the wrap nicely or cut it into pinwheels for a fancy presentation. Store tightly wrapped in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.
