Preparation
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning until well coated.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and cooked through.
- Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set them aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and garlic, cooking until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Return the shrimp to the skillet, toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
Serving
- Serve over rice, pasta, or with crusty bread.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently on the stove or microwave. For long-term storage, freeze for up to 1 month.
