  • 1 lb Shrimp (peeled and deveined) Use fresh or thawed frozen shrimp.
  • 2 tbsp Cajun spice blend Adjust spice level to taste.
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For tossing the shrimp.
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced) Fresh is best for flavor.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil and the Cajun spice blend until well coated.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cooking
  1. Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately and enjoy over white rice or alongside garlic bread.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container. You can also freeze them for about 1 month and reheat when ready to eat. Consider adding bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
