  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened Can be substituted with Greek yogurt for a healthier option.
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce Adjust based on desired spice level.
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing Substitute with blue cheese dressing if preferred.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas Can use whole wheat tortillas as a healthier option.
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped For garnish and extra crunch.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream cheese, Buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, and cheddar cheese until well combined.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat and spread a portion of the chicken mixture evenly over the surface.
  3. Sprinkle some chopped green onions on top.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly, then wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Once chilled, slice the pinwheels into bite-sized pieces.

Notes

Keep pinwheels in the fridge for about 3–4 days wrapped tightly to prevent drying. They can be frozen for up to 2 months; thaw in the fridge overnight before reheating.
