- In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream cheese, Buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, and cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread a portion of the chicken mixture evenly over the surface.
- Sprinkle some chopped green onions on top.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, then wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, slice the pinwheels into bite-sized pieces.
Notes
Keep pinwheels in the fridge for about 3–4 days wrapped tightly to prevent drying. They can be frozen for up to 2 months; thaw in the fridge overnight before reheating.
