  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into thick steaks, about 1 inch thick.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the cauliflower steaks.
Cooking
  1. Arrange the steaks on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven and brush with buffalo sauce.
  3. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Serving
  1. Garnish with optional toppings and serve immediately.

For storing, keep leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in an oven or air fryer to maintain crispiness. Consider using vegan buffalo sauce for a vegan option.
