  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, red onion, sunflower seeds, and feta cheese.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat everything evenly.
  4. Divide the salad into meal prep containers and store in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes

For best results, store the dressing separately until ready to eat. Consider swapping feta with goat cheese for a different flavor or using agave syrup to make it vegan.
