Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix granola and melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into tart pans to form the crust.
- Bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool.
Assembly
- Fill each tart shell with Greek yogurt and top with homemade lemon curd.
- Add your choice of fresh fruits on top — the more colorful, the better!
- Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if you want extra sweetness.
Notes
Serve these tarts chilled or at room temperature. They can be stored in the fridge for about 3 days in an airtight container. Assemble the crust separately if preparing ahead of time.
