  • ¼ cup melted butter Can substitute with coconut oil for a dairy-free version.
Filling
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Flavored yogurt can be used for extra taste.
  • ½ cup homemade lemon curd Store-bought lemon curd is an option.
Toppings
  • to taste Fresh fruits (like berries, kiwi, or mango) Use a variety of colorful fruits.
  • optional Honey or maple syrup For extra sweetness.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix granola and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into tart pans to form the crust.
  4. Bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool.
Assembly
  1. Fill each tart shell with Greek yogurt and top with homemade lemon curd.
  2. Add your choice of fresh fruits on top — the more colorful, the better!
  3. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if you want extra sweetness.

Notes

Serve these tarts chilled or at room temperature. They can be stored in the fridge for about 3 days in an airtight container. Assemble the crust separately if preparing ahead of time.
