  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter Melted
For the Vanilla Caramel Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For caramel

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed bread with milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and melted butter. Mix well and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Pour the bread mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, brown sugar, corn syrup, and vanilla extract. Cook over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
  5. Pour the caramel sauce over the bread pudding before baking.
Baking
  1. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the pudding is set and the top is golden brown.

  1. Serve warm with extra vanilla caramel sauce if desired.
