Ingredients
  

Fruit Filling
  • 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced Use ripe peaches for best flavor.
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Crumble Topping
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar Packed.
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted Make sure it's fully melted for proper binding.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches and blueberries. Add granulated sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract; toss to coat.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, oats, and brown sugar. Pour in melted butter and stir until crumbly.
Baking
  1. Spread the fruit mixture in a baking dish and top with the crumble mixture.
  2. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
Serving
  1. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  2. Add a sprinkle of cinnamon on top for extra flair.
  3. Consider pairing it with a drizzle of caramel sauce.
