- In a blender, combine the blueberries, banana, yogurt, milk, and cinnamon.
- If you're going the optional route, add in the honey and oats.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk until you reach your desired consistency.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy it immediately!
Notes
Serve in your favorite glass and consider adding a sprinkle of cinnamon or whole blueberries on top. Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored for 24 hours in the fridge or frozen for later use.
