  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup yogurt (vanilla or plain)
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 cup oats (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the blueberries, banana, yogurt, milk, and cinnamon.
  2. If you're going the optional route, add in the honey and oats.
  3. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  4. If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk until you reach your desired consistency.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy it immediately!

Notes

Serve in your favorite glass and consider adding a sprinkle of cinnamon or whole blueberries on top. Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored for 24 hours in the fridge or frozen for later use.
