- In a blender, combine the banana, blueberries, dates, almond milk, and chia seeds. Optionally, add the Greek yogurt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If desired, toss in some ice cubes and blend again until you reach your preferred consistency.

Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours or freeze in ice cube trays for later use. For extra flavor, consider adding cinnamon or vanilla extract. Feel free to adjust sweetness to taste.
