  • 1 cup almond milk Can substitute with any milk of choice.
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds Optional for added nutrition.
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt Optional for creaminess.
  • Ice cubes Optional for chilling.

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the banana, blueberries, dates, almond milk, and chia seeds. Optionally, add the Greek yogurt.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. If desired, toss in some ice cubes and blend again until you reach your preferred consistency.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes
