Egg Mixture
  • 6 pieces hard boiled eggs Cooked and cooled
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise For creaminess
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish For kick
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste For flavor depth
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed Adds a nice touch
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  2. In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with mayonnaise, horseradish, tomato paste, hot sauce, celery seed, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
  4. Sprinkle paprika and garnish with chopped parsley or celery on top.

Notes

These deviled eggs can last about 3 to 4 days in the fridge. Store in an airtight container to maintain freshness. They can be made a day in advance.
