- In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with mayonnaise, horseradish, tomato paste, hot sauce, celery seed, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle paprika and garnish with chopped parsley or celery on top.
