Preparation of Meringue

- Spoon the meringue onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a circular shape with a slight well in the center.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let the meringue cool completely inside.
Topping Creation
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then spread it over the cooled meringue.
- Top with tart cherries and drizzle chocolate ganache over.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.
Notes
For best results, let the meringue cool completely in the oven. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 1-2 days, but the meringue may lose its crispiness over time.
