  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For brushing the salmon
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce Choose your favorite brand
  • 2 cups Cooked rice or quinoa For serving
For the Mango Avocado Salsa
  • 1 cup Mango, diced Fresh mango adds sweetness
  • 1 cup Avocado, diced Adds creaminess
  • 1/2 cup Red onion, finely chopped For crunch and flavor
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice Fresh lime is best
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped Adds freshness
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Grill the salmon for about 5-7 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Salsa Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together diced mango, avocado, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper to create the salsa.
Serving
  1. To serve, place cooked rice or quinoa in bowls, top with grilled salmon, and spoon the mango avocado salsa over the top. Enjoy!

Notes

These bowls can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days. Store salsa separately to avoid sogginess. You can also marinate the salmon in BBQ sauce for deeper flavor before grilling.
