Preparation
  1. Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha to make the spicy mayo.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and fully cooked.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender.
Assembly
