Method
 

Baking
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the rolled oats, peanut butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt to the bowl and mix until combined.
  4. If desired, fold in chocolate chips or nuts.
  5. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet.
