Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fillets.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper evenly on top.
- Place lemon slices on each fillet.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
Serve with roasted veggies or mashed potatoes. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
