Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the croissants in half and spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard inside.
- Layer the sliced ham and cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
- Place the top half of the croissant back on.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and an egg wash for that gorgeous shine.
- Place the croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For an extra touch, serve with a garden salad or sprinkle with fresh herbs. Store leftovers in the fridge for 2-3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
