  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning Adjust to taste for spice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss the shrimp until they are well coated with the seasoning.
  4. Spread the shrimp evenly on a baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

For added texture, consider mixing in sautéed bell peppers and onions. The shrimp can be substituted with salmon or chicken. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge or freeze for up to a month.
