Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
- Place the eggs in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes.
- Once cooked, transfer the eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayo, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix well.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with paprika for garnish and serve.
Notes
You can keep them in the fridge for up to 3 days. Cover them tightly to maintain freshness. For extra creaminess, add Greek yogurt to the filling!
