Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb Chicken breast Boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Shredded
  • 4 pieces Tortilla wraps Size of your choice
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil For seasoning the chicken
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper To taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 cup Lettuce Shredded or whole leaves
  • 1 medium Tomato Diced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breast with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Cooking Chicken
  1. Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer and cook for about 15-20 minutes until it reaches 165°F (75°C) internally.
  2. Once cooked, shred the chicken and set aside.
Assembling Wraps
  1. Lay out a tortilla wrap and place shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, lettuce, and tomato on top.
  2. Wrap the tortilla tightly around the filling.
Final Cooking
  1. Return the wraps to the air fryer and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until the wraps are crispy.
  2. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Serve with zesty salsa or creamy ranch dip. Wraps can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for 2 months.
