Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp
  • 1 pound Shrimp Use jumbo shrimp for better texture
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper To taste
For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Creamy base for the sauce
  • 1/4 cup Sweet chili sauce Sweet and tangy flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Adjust for spice level
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor
For the Slaw
  • 2 cups Cabbage Shredded, use any type
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice To taste
For Assembly
  • 8 pieces Flour tortillas Soft tortillas for wrapping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until crispy.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and lime juice to create the bang bang sauce.
  5. Prepare the homemade slaw by mixing shredded cabbage with a little salt and lime juice.
Assembly
  1. To assemble, place some slaw on a tortilla, add crispy shrimp, and drizzle with the bang bang sauce.
  2. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days; keep shrimp and slaw separate from tortillas to avoid sogginess. Reheat shrimp in the air fryer for a fresh crunch.
