Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, sift together flour and baking powder.
- In another bowl, lightly beat the egg and mix in Nutella until smooth.
- Gradually fold the flour mixture into the Nutella mixture until a thick dough forms.
Baking
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet, flatten slightly, and leave space in between.
- Bake for 9-10 minutes until edges are soft and centers are barely set.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
These cookies are best enjoyed with a glass of cold milk or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
